What’s an Appointment Only Spa?

Being appointment-only means our time and space are dedicated entirely to our clients who are booked for services. We’re a very small team, and we work directly with you during your appointment — so if you stop by without one, we may not be available to greet you.

We don’t have a front desk or receptionist, and when we’re in treatment rooms with clients, the doors remain locked to ensure privacy and uninterrupted care.

Purchasing products:

We carry a curated selection of our favorite products from Biologiuque, Medical Research Beauty and FORLLE’D . Product purchases are available by scheduled pickup or during your appointment. A more traditional online shopping experience is coming soon — stay tuned!

If I am on accutane, can I still get a facial?

Yes, you can still enjoy a facial while on Accutane. We recommend booking a hydrating or sensitive-skin facial for the best and safest results, as your skin may be more delicate during this time.

Please be sure to let Sarah know you’re on Accutane at the start of your appointment so she can tailor the treatment and product choices to your skin’s needs.

How should I support my skin before and after my facial?

Pre- & Post-Care for Facials & Skin Treatments

Everything you need to know before and after your appointment with Sarah.

Before Your Facial (Pre-Care)

24–48 Hours Before
  • Avoid exfoliating products (AHA/BHA/PHA acids, retinoids, scrubs, enzyme exfoliants).
  • Pause the use of retinol or prescription topicals such as tretinoin.
  • Avoid tanning, prolonged sun exposure, or self-tanners on the face.
  • Avoid waxing, threading, or depilatories on the treatment area.
  • Refrain from using at-home microcurrent, microneedling rollers, or other facial devices.
The Day Of Your Facial
  • Hydrate well — drink water so your skin is plump and receptive to treatment.
  • Let Sarah know if:
    • You’ve recently had injectables (Botox, fillers)
    • You’ve had laser, microneedling, or other aesthetic procedures in the last 1–2 weeks
    • You’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or on any acne medications.
What to Bring (Optional)
  • Knowledge of your current skincare products
  • Notes about any allergies or sensitivities
  • Your goals for your appointment (Sarah will help guide you!)

After Your Facial (Post-Care)

For All Facials
  • Wear SPF daily — your skin may be more photosensitive.
  • Drink plenty of water to support lymphatic drainage and hydration.
  • Specific advisement will be given at the end of your facial

Post-Care for Advanced Treatments

(Remodeling Face, Buccal, Microdermabrasion, Peels, MBR, BR Boosters, Forlle’d Platinum)

What to Avoid (24–72 Hours)
  • Retinoids, AHA/BHA exfoliants, or scrubs
  • If specific products to avoid we will advise you at the end of your facial
What You Can Expect
  • You may experience mild redness or warmth for a few hours
  • Sensitivity in areas where massage or buccal work was done
  • Some dryness or flaking if advanced exfoliation was used
  • Skin may feel tighter, more lifted, glowy and event ready
Ideal Post-Treatment Routine
  • AM: gentle cleanse → hydrating serum → moisturizer → SPF
  • PM: gentle cleanse → nourishing cream → no actives for 2–3 nights
  • Resume retinoids and exfoliants only when skin feels fully normal again.

If you’re unsure when to restart a specific product, Sarah can advise based on your treatment.

Pre- & Post-Care for Buccal Sculpting

  • Expect temporary muscle tenderness or a “just worked out” feeling in the jaw.
  • Drink plenty of water to support lymphatic flow.
  • Avoid chewing gum and heavy jaw work for the remainder of the day.
  • Light stretching or gentle movement of the neck and shoulders can help release tension.

When should I reschedule?

Please reschedule if you:

  • Have a cold sore or active infection in the treatment area
  • Are experiencing a severe flare of dermatitis or eczema
  • Recently received fillers or Botox within the last 7–14 days
  • Had a recent sunburn
